Shipping information
Within the EU
Joe doesn't charge for shipping within the EU. Returns are free as well! As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a track and trace code so you know exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. Depending on where you are in Europe, your package will be shipped with DHL or UPS. Shipments within Europe will take somewhere in between 2-5 days.
Just a word to the wise: These are the months in which carriers and our warehouse are working all hours to get all orders out for delivery. Still, it could be that in November and December not all delivery times can be made as per usual. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. After all, this is the season to be merry!
We enclose instructions for returns with every order. Returns are free of charge within the EU.

Outside the EU
Shipping: For deliveries outside the EU Joe charges €30 shipping costs. Packages are sent by DHL, UPS or FedEx. We will send you an email as soon as the package is ready for shipment. In a separate email you will receive the track and trace link. Please keep an eye on it, as sometimes the carrier will try to get in touch with you for a delivery appointment or outstanding import fees. Shipments outside of Europe will take somewhere in between 3-7 days.
Just a word of warning: local tax and import duties are not included in the price and need to be paid at the time of delivery.
VAT: For orders outside the EU, we can refund your VAT (21%) after you have received the order. Please email us at [email protected] once you have received the order, and we will arrange the refund.
