If you’d like to return or exchange a Joe, just return your order within 100 days of receipt. Returns are always free of charge within the EU. How to return? Easy. Just click the button “register a return’.
Returns outside the EU: For orders outside the EU, we do not provide a return label. Please contact us to find the best solution. Contact us at [email protected] or +31 20 820 80 80.
RETURN PROCESS
1. REGISTERING
Click the button above: Register a return. Fill out your email address (the one you used when you ordered) and your order number. Click ‘start my return order’ and register the item or items that you would like to return or exchange.
2. SHIPPING
Please only return unworn items, preferably in the packaging they came in. Don’t forget to remove the old shipping label from the box, or to cover it up. Take your parcel to a post office or service point within 5 working days.
3. RETURN RECEIVED
As soon as we have received your parcel, we will get to work to process the return order. As soon as we get your parcel, you will reveice an email of the carrier. You will get an email from us when your return is processed.
4. REFUND
We will send you a refund within 10 working days after receiving your return, using the payment method you used to pay for your order.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Joe does not charge you for returns and exchanges within the EU.

My return arrived at your warehouse over 14 days ago, but still no refund. What can I do?
Sorry to hear that you didn’t get your refund yet. Please call our Customer Support at +31 (0)20 820 80 80 or send an email to [email protected] (have your order number handy, to speed things up).
When will I get my refund?
We will pay your refund within 10 working days of receiving your return. We always pay the refund using the payment method you used when you placed your order.
Did you get my return?
As soon as your return arrives here, we will send you an email. We will process your return as soon as possible, but it might take two working days before we can get going. Once we’re done processing your return, we will start the refund or exchange process and send you confirmation by email.
Why is there sometimes a different price when returning or exchanging items?
This happens if you got a ‘buy more, save more’ deal. That discount applies to all items in your order, and that’s the price you see. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure that the right price is used for the refund or exchange.
