Oh noooooo! Product out of stock?

Like no other we understand your disappointment when the product of your choice is out of stock. We at Joe Merino do everything to keep our stocks filled at all times, but sometimes even we are caught out by a product’s success. And occasionally our delivery terms are just that bit longer than expected. Precisely because we do not want to be a fast fashion company. And as sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, we like to give every product the attention, love and time it deserves. And by doing so we can give you, as our customer, the quality you deserve and have come to expect of Joe.

Did you sign up to receive an e-mail the moment a product is back in stock? Please know that we send you a back in stock e-mail only if we are certain that we have enough stock to serve the majority of our loyal Joe fans. So even if we have minimum stock (for instance because of returned products), you might not get that long awaited email to avoid disappointment.

Keep an eye out for your favourites, or adopt a zen attitude, and patiently wait for that back-in-stock email!
