True, 100% extra fine Merino wool craves some attention, but in return will last you a long time.
100% EXTRA FINE MERINO WOOL
The extra fine Merino wool Joe uses is about 19.5 micron thick. The structure and fineness of our Merino wool are the reasons our Joes feel soft and are not prickly.
Merino wool is praised world wide for its softness, strength, breathability and temperature regulating benefits. In addition, merino wool is 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable. All these beautiful natural properties make merino wool an extremely comfortable fabric to wear. Perfect for all seasons!
HOW TO CARE FOR MERINO WOOL
Thanks to Merino wool’s antibacterial qualities, you don’t have to wash your Joe very often. Just air your Joe outside for a night, and he will be ready for wear the next day!
Still, we recommend washing your Joe every now and then. You can do this simply and easily on the wool wash cycle in the washing machine (30° maximum, spin cycle no more than 600 rpm.). Take a look at the maintenance instructions below for best results.

The wool feels wonderful and is very comfortable to wear and you can't even tell that you've had it on. Between the stitches there is sometimes a small, light-colored flag that can be pulled out as if there was a hair in it. I assume that's a production or material issue. In general, it doesn't bother you.

As usual, very good quality
As usual, very good quality. I normally only wear sweaters from the "Long" collection in size L, as I am 196cm tall and weigh 103kg and need extra-long sleeves. The RibZip fits me very well in XL and is a bit thicker. I usually wear it when the outside temperature is below 10°C. The undyed versions, from Latte to Espresso, are great. The price is borderline high, but just about acceptable considering the quality.

Super good troubleshooting
The ordered goods were returned to the sender. We looked for the possible reason together. I was surprised and pleased that Joe even thought that it was possible that the error was their own. I have never experienced such individual error handling from the "big" mail order companies before. The jacket was then sent again free of charge and my husband really liked it. I really liked the personal style of error handling.
