Purchasing a Joe Gift Card?
- You can buy a digital or a physical Joe Gift Card. The Joe E-Gift Card will be emailed to you almost immediately. The physical card (which comes in a nice sleeve) takes a little longer but will be with you within 2-4 working days.
- Joe Gift Card is available online and in our stores for EUR 25, EUR 50, EUR 100, EUR 150 and EUR 200.
- If you buy a Joe E-Gift Card, you will get it in the mail immediately. The E-Gift Card can be used immediately.
- Would you like to get Joe Gift Cards for your business? Please contact our Customer Service.
- Joe Gift Cards can be used in all our stores and on the website.
- The email by which you receive the Joe E-Gift Card also contains the PIN. With a physical Gift Card the PIN is located on the back, hidden below the silver coating. Scratch off the coating and you’ll find the PIN.
- You can use the Joe Gift Card for payments online. Make sure you have the 19-digit card code and the PIN ready!
The same goes when you use the Joe Gift Card for purchases in one of our stores. - Our Joe Gift Card is valid for 2 years after the date of issue (but if you forgot all about the card and suddenly find it lurking in the back of a drawer, contact our Customer Service).
